Passionate About Inspiring Others

Inspired by my coaching mentor, my healing journey after covert narcissistic abuse began in 2015. I spent the last seven years studying, reading, and journaling about all forms of narcissism. I have read over 21 books on Narcissistic Personality Disorder and completed courses for Certified Professional Coaching. Experiencing the devastating trauma of Narcissistic Abuse first hand enabled me to use my empathy to help other survivors.
